Chris Harris Jr., a four-star guard prospect out of the 2019 recruiting class, has committed to play for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
It was only a few days ago the young man released his final three schools, which were the Texas Tech Red Raiders, Oklahoma State Cowboys and Texas A&M Aggies.
He was scheduled to meet with the Texas Tech Red Raiders at some point this week; though, we currently don’t know if that meeting ever happened or not.
As for Chris Harris, he’s a rising talent among those who track players in high school. While not all reputable recruiting service websites have him pegged as a four-star caliber player, 247Sports does have him so when using their composite score. Furthermore, most tend to agree he’s sitting near the top 100 players in the 2019 class.
Nevertheless, this is a really good get for the Oklahoma State Cowboys on the recruiting trail.
