Corey Walker, a four-star forward in the 2020 recruiting class, is set for an unofficial visit with the Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday.
Walker received a scholarship offer from Rick Barnes and company back in early January, which added to a large list of offers that he’s received from numerous power conference programs around the country.
And now it appears that he’ll be on campus for Tennessee’s big SEC matchup against the Florida Gators.
According to 247Sports, Walker ranks as the No. 7 small forward and No. 31 player overall in the 2020 class.
Barnes and his staff have done an excellent job on the recruiting trail as of late, with the Vols already compiling a top 30 class for 2019.
That success has translated onto the court, as the Vols are currently riding a 17-game winning streak while being the No. 1 team in the country heading into the rivalry showdown against the Gators.
After that, Grant Williams and company will host the South Carolina Gamecocks next Wednesday.
