Jalen Johnson, a five-star forward prospect out of the 2020 recruiting class, has an official visit lined up this weekend with the Arizona Wildcats. This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.
Back in September, the highly hyped prospect had an official visit with the Duke Blue Devils.
In October, he released his final 15 potential landing spots. Those schools are the Kentucky Wildcats, Duke Blue Devils, Marquette Golden Eagles, Arizona Wildcats, Wisconsin Badgers, UCLA Bruins, Ohio State Buckeyes, Missouri Tigers, Kansas State Wildcats, Georgetown Hoyas, LSU Tigers, DePaul Blue Demons, Florida Gators, Minnesota Golden Gophers and Kansas Jayhaws.
Yeah. A lot of programs. All of the remain in the list, as he’s yet to trim it.
Not only do all reputable recruiting service websites have Jalen Johnson pegged as a five-star graded player, but most agree he’s one of the very best prospects in the entire 2020 recruiting class, ranking as high as fifth in some top 100 boards.
