Harrison Ingram, a dynamic five-star wing prospect out of the 2021 college basketball recruiting class, will be seen by Texas, Oklahoma and Purdue on Wednesday. Staff for the Longhorn apparently showed up to see the youngster before most people even show up for breakfast.
No word on when, if already, the Sooners and Boilermakers will be in to see him.
This news was relayed to the masses via the mean streets of Twitter by Rivals and Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.
It’s certainly worth noting the young man is receiving offers from all over the country. He’s already been offered rides by the Florida Gators, Arkansas Razorbacks, Oklahoma Sooners, UCLA Bruins and Texas A&M Aggies. Obviously, the Texas Longhorns and Purdue Boilermakers are also interested.
Nearly all reputable recruiting service outlets do consider Harrison Ingram a four-star prospect. Not only that, though, as most tend to agree he’s one of the 35 (or so) best players in the entire 2021 recruiting class. Some even go as far as to recognize him as a five-star.
Nevertheless, with the Purdue Boilermakers, Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns in a long list of programs looking to land the young man, Ingram’s recruitment process should be interesting to follow.
