Khristian Lander, a five-star prospect out of the 2021 college basketball recruiting class, will be taking a visit with the Louisville Cardinals. The visit will take place during the program’s Louisville Live event on September 27 and will be official in nature.
News of the visit was relayed to the masses on the mean streets of Twitter by Stockrisers and Rivals reporter Jake Weingarten, who is essentially embedded at the school.
From Indiana, the 5-foot-11 guard is drawing interest from plenty of blue-blood programs and others nearby. The Indiana Hoosiers, Butler Bulldogs, Purdue Boilermakers and a host of other schools have already shown interest in the youngster.
While 2021 is a bit down the road, those who follow grassroots basketball closely will tell you that he’s not only considered a five-star caliber player, but Khristian Lander is one of the 15 (or so) best prospects in the entire 2021 recruiting class.
The Louisville Cardinals, as we’ve now noted to the point of nausea, happen to be bringing in one of the best group of freshmen in the country for the 2019-20 college basketball season.
Only time, however, will tell if Chris Mack can continue his recruiting trail dominance, landing a player like Khristian Lander down the road.
