Nate Bittle, a five-star big man prospect out of the 2021 college basketball recruiting class, has received a scholarship offer from the Vanderbilt Commodores.
This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers and Rivals reporter Jake Weingarten.
Due to the nature of his recruitment, being a highly thought of talent and all, nearly every major program in the country is trying to get the youngster to commit to their school. Given that, coupled with his class not hitting campus for a couple of years, he has time to make a decision and we shouldn’t expect one in the near future.
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Wake Forest Demon Deacons have both already offered him scholarships as well.
Not only do all reputable recruiting service outlets have Nate Bittle pegged as a five-star caliber player, but most tend to agree he’s one of the 10 (or so) best players in the entire 20201 college basketball class.
As for the Vanderbilt Commodores, they are hoping new head coach Jerry Stackhouse can bring the program to a competitive level and some SEC relevance.
