Drew Timme, a four-star big man prospect out of the 2019 recruiting class, has set six in-home visits with programs looking to land his services.
Stock Risers was first to report that the 6-foot-10 talent will visit with the Arizona Wildcats, Gonzaga Bulldogs, Illinois Fighting Illinis, Alabama Crimson Tide, Michigan State Spartans and Louisville Cardinals. He will start this process on September 10 and finish it just eight days later.
All reputable recruiting service websites have Drew Timme ranked as at least a four-star prospect, with ESPN believing he is one of the 60 best talents in the entire class.
It is worth noting that Timme is considering more than those six schools. He also included the Oklahoma Sooners, Purdue Boilermakers, Texas A&M Aggies and Texas Tech Red Raiders in the final 10 schools he is considering. He’s already visited some of those programs.
Given how quickly he’s planning those visits, it is possible that his recruitment process might be slightly expedited. At the same time, the big man still has plenty of time to make a decision on what awaits for him.
