Hunter Dickinson, a five-star big man prospect out of the 2020 class, has received an official scholarship offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide. This comes only a few hours after Nate Oats offered a scholarship to 2020 four-star Andre Jackson.
Clearly, Oats is trying to get to work building his program, via recruiting, for the future.
The wickedly talented Hunter Dickinson was also offered a scholarship by the Oregon Ducks and Boston College Eagles way back in October. Give how grassroots gurus feel about this game, it’s not all that stunning that nearly every program on the planet is attempting to lure him to their campus.
Not only do most reputable recruiting service websites list Hunter Dickinson as a five-star caliber player, but most have him hovering around being one of the 20 best in the entire 2020 class.
The offers are great, but it will be far more interesting to see the actual recruits Nate Oats and the Alabama Crimson Tide land on the recruiting trail. Time will tell.
