Earl Timberlake, a four-star prospect out of the 2020 recruiting class, has been offered a scholarship by the Alabama Crimson Tide. This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.
Nate Oats has absolutely gone to town on the recruiting trail since being named the head coach. This latest offer just adds to a pretty long list of offers.
The most recent moves by the new man in charge of Alabama is meeting with 2020 five-star Daishen Nix on Easter Sunday and offering 2020 four-star Cameron Matthews a scholarship less than 24 hours before that. Mind you, this is all coming right after extending scholarships to 2020 five-star prospects Cam’Ron Fletcher and Nimari Burnett.
As for Earl Timberlake, not only do all reputable recruiting service outlets have the young man pegged as a four-star caliber player, but most tend to agree he’s one of the 40 (or so) best players in the entire 2020 class.
The Alabama Crimson Tide, with Oats manning the helm, are clearly trying to land the best high school players in the country.
