Clarence Ndolny, a 2019 combo-guard prospect who is from France, has been offered a scholarship by the Georgetown Hoyas. According to Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers, this happened during the young man’s unofficial visit with the school.
A bevy of quality programs have been eyeing the Paris product, including schools like Rutgers and Creighton.
Most reputable recruiting service websites do not yet have Clarence Ndolny graded in terms of stars attached to his name. That’s not because he fails to be a quality player, but many outlets wait to make sure a player from overseas is coming to the United States before giving detailed information on the talent.
Nevertheless, this continues a relatively neat strategy on the recruiting trail from the Georgetown Hoyas. Not only is Patrick Ewing attempting to dominate the local circuits, he’s apparently not afraid to scour the globe for players he believes can best fit his needs.
CBB Today recently discussed the Hoyas in our Big East Conference preview. While we argue Georgetown is a middle of the league sort of team, it is mentioned how Ewing can fight for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
