Hunter Dickinson, a five-star big man prospect out of the 2020 college basketball recruiting class, will take an official visit with the Louisville Cardinals.
This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers and Rivals reporter Jake Weingarten, who mentioned the visit is scheduled for next weekend.
The Oregon Ducks and Boston College Eagles have both already offered him a scholarship. After that, the Alabama Crimson Tide, Maryland Terrapins, Florida State Seminoles, and many others have them on their radars and/or are offering him scholarships.
Furthermore, he’s already been seen by Louisville several times and has had official visits before with the likes of the Providence Friars.
Not only do most reputable recruiting service websites list Hunter Dickinson as a five-star caliber player, but most have him hovering around being one of the 20 best in the entire 2020 class. Considering he still has some time, don’t expect a commitment anytime too soon from the youngster.
Obviously, the Louisville Cardinals are looking to build upon a good 2018-19 campaign. This upcoming season, Mack will have six highly skilled freshmen hitting campus. Things are looking very good for the program.
