Gethro Muscadin, a four-star prospect out of the 2020 college basketball recruiting class, has been offered a scholarship by the Memphis Tigers. Even more recently, it’s been reported that Louisville Cardinals coach Chris Mack will go check in on the youngster on Wednesday.
The latter news was broken on the mean streets of Twitter by Rivals and Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten, who mentioned how the youngster’s recruitment process has blown up as of late. As for the Memphis Tigers offer, this was relayed to the masses by several different reporters.
Gethro Muscadin even tweeted it out himself:

As for how reputable recruiting service outlets view him, the young man has been on an uptick as of late. Not only is he now widely recognized as a four-star caliber player, but most outlets are starting to slot him closer to being a top 100 prospect.
Nevertheless, Gethro Muscadin is from Louisville, so it’ll be interesting to see if Chris Mack can use that as some sort of home court advantage. As for the Memphis Tigers, they’ve done so well on the recruiting trail since Penny Hardaway has taken over that they’ll have one of the best freshmen cores in the country for the 2019-20 college basketball season.
