Cliff Omoruyi, a four-star big man prospect out of the 2020 college basketball recruiting class, will be taking a visit with the St. John’s Red Storm. The visit will be unofficial in capacity and begin this weekend.
News of this recruitment happening was relayed to the masses on the mean streets of Twitter by New York Post sports writer Zach Brazziler.
The Louisville Cardinals, Arizona Wildcats, Kentucky Wildcats, Maryland Terrapins and a whole host of other quality programs have already offered Cliff Omoruyi a scholarship.
Obviously, the St. John’s Red Storm are hoping to land him instead of those schools.
Not only do all reputable recruiting service outlets have Cliff Omoruyi pegged as a four-star caliber prospect, but most tend to agree he’s one of the 65 (or so) best players in the entire 2020 recruiting class. It explains why nearly every quality program would like for him to attend their school.
