Nathan Bittle, a five-star big man prospect out of the 2021 recruiting class, was eyed on Friday by the USC Trojans. This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.
A key point to make is that USC has already offered him a scholarship.
It’s also certainly worth noting that the Gonzaga Bulldogs were targeting the youngster already, dating back to seeing him in the middle of September.
Reputable recruiting service websites that track players this far down the road not only believe Nathan Bittle is a five-star caliber player, but one of the very best players in the entire 2021 recruiting class.
A 6-foot-10 product from Oregon, Bittle needs his body to naturally mature. He weighs well under 200-pounds, which isn’t exactly all that shocking given how young he is. Like any other player of his developmental stage, he will need his body to naturally develop and for some of his post skills to do so as well.
It’s not just the USC Trojans going after the young man, but a bevy of Pac-12 programs.
