Jermontae Hill, a four-star prospect out of the 2020 recruiting class, has been offered a scholarship by the Xavier Musketeers. This news was relayed on Twitter by Stockrisers reporter Jake Weingarten.
The Florida Gators are one of a few programs having already offered the young man a scholarship. A 6-foot-6 wing prospect from Georgia, the Florida State Seminoles, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Missouri Tigers and a whole host of quality programs are vying for his services as well.
Not only do all reputable recruiting service outlets have Jermontae Hill pegged as a four-star caliber player, but most tend to agree he’s one of the 120 (or so) best players in the entire 2020 recruiting class. It’s certainly worth noting that 247Sports’ composite rankings are slightly less kind, pegging him as a three-star.
This would obviously be a good get for a new-look Xavier Musketeers. With Chris Mack gone to Louisville, it will be interesting to see how the program continues to adjust without him in the Big East Conference.
